200km Ultra Endurance Marathon from Kingston to Ottawa along The Rideau Canal. Remind yourself of what you are capable with the ultimate test of physical strength and mental fortitude.

DAY ONE.

The first day starts bright and early, with everyone meeting at Kingston Mills before getting on the water at 5:00 AM. From there, the group begins the first stretch of the journey toward Ottawa.

DAY TWO.

Day Two picks up where the first left off, with another full day of paddling ahead. After an early start, the group continues north along the Rideau, making their way closer to Ottawa with plenty of kilometres still to cover.

DAY THREE.

Day Three is the final push to Ottawa. With two long days already behind them, the group gets back on the water for one last stretch of the Rideau and the finish they've been working toward.
